‘Descendant’ Documentary Wins Jury Award and Announces Netflix Acquisition
We are thrilled that Descendant, from filmmaker Margaret Brown, has been awarded the Special Jury Award: Creative Vision in the U.S. Documentary Competition today and it was announced tonight that Netflix has acquired the documentary, with Higher Ground co-presenting the film.
