‘Spotlight’ Takes Top SAG Award, Idris Elba Wins for ‘Beasts of No Nation’

Spotlight won the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture. Idris Elba also won Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Supporting Role for his performance in Beasts of No Nation. Click here for the complete list of SAG winners.

At the Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts’ International Awards, Tom McCarthy and Josh Singer won Best Screenplay for Spotlight. Mark Rylance picked up the Best Supporting Actor award for Bridge of Spies. See the complete list of AACTA winners here.
