Danice Woodley currently serves as Executive Vice President, People and Culture at Participant, where she is responsible for operationalizing the company’s values and stewarding its practices in the areas of Values, Culture, Inclusion and Operations. She spearheads the company’s values-aligned efforts across numerous functions, including strategic business planning, recruiting and retention, compliance, communications, external relations and partnerships, events and sponsorships, global diversity and inclusion, and vendor diversity. Woodley previously held the role of Senior Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs at Participant, acting as lead attorney on all film distribution and acquisition matters. Prior to joining Participant, Woodley served as Senior Counsel of Business and Legal Affairs at Miramax from 2012 to 2015; before that, she was Counsel of Legal Affairs at NBCUniversal, where she advised business affairs executives for the company’s cable network divisions. Woodley began her career as a corporate finance attorney in the Entertainment, Sports and Media Group at O'Melveny and Myers, LLP.
